Voyager will provide the customer with pre-installation, installation and post installation services, including:
- (pre-installation services) - network site assessment to ensure venue meets installation requirements
- (installation services) - Voyager will deploy a full installation team to install and commission the gaming / or Bingo platform at the venue, and provide full training to the customer's staff at the venue.
- (post installation services) - Voyager will provide ongoing product training, remote software upgrades/enhancements and 24x7 support by phone on site.
